Bookings

Ad-hoc bookings are managed by FIRGA admin. Please check venue availability by clicking on this link and selecting "Lecture Hall Timetables"
The building is Engineering (Mechatronic) and the rooms are M2002, M2004 and M3002 (Please ignore the old Firga building, we are not there anymore)

Capacities of the rooms:
M2002 - 110
M2004 - 105
M3002 - 220

Once availibility is confirmed, please send an email to firga@sun.ac.za and include the following information in the email:

- Date of booking
- Time of booking
- Room(s) required
- Purpose of booking
- Software required on the computers. (Please note if new software needs to be installed we need at least a month notice)
- Any other special requirements (Such as H-drive access, etc.)
